• 2% charge on all credit/ debit card payments.
• Any outstanding invoices are made claimable under the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999 and will be forwarded to the Small Claims Division at Waverley Court whereby interest will be charged at 20% per annum from the date of the invoice, plus all court and or legal costs incurred by ACM Concrete Pumping Pty Ltd will be at the payee’s expense.
• ACM Concrete Pumping Pty  Ltd is not liable for any kind of loss or expenses occurring through any mechanical failure of its equipment or machinery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the following prior to our staff arriving:

• Clear site access.
• Traffic management and permit for concrete pump if necessary.
• Suitable wash out area to comply with Council and EPA Guildelines and Regulations.
